AFiUK are one of the steering leads in the Owned by Oxford partnership, a strategic partnership of Global Majority~led community anchor organisations and big anchor organisations in our county. Our aim is to campaign for economic equity in our county.
Community wealth building is a powerful mechanism for strengthening communities, tackling economic and health inequalities and building a more just and sustainable Oxfordshire. This project, which worked with inspiring community wealth builders across Oxfordshire to understand their work and the challenges they face, complements other Oxfordshire County Council programmes such as the Marmot Place initiative and Oxfordshire Way.
