We were honored from May 2022 to May 2023 as AFIUK to selected as the Mayor’s Charity, a testament to our impactful work within the community. Mayor Tim Young and Mayoress Nick Goodchild dedicated their time and efforts to fundraising for our organization, helping to support and sustain our vital programs.
This recognition provided AFIUK with invaluable exposure, strengthening our presence and credibility within local networks. Through this opportunity, we were able to connect with key stakeholders, expand our reach, and further our mission of empowering communities through culturally competent services.
